Runs recommendationCommands after primary checks and shows their output. A recommendation subprocess status does not fail the quality run, which suits migration hints and cleanup reports.

Items use the name, command, optional args shape. Any changes a recommendation makes are governed by that command’s own contract. Use --skip-recommendations to skip for one run.

Before — a cleanup report is not part of the quality workflow:
